Top Affiliate Challenge is the web's first real-time affiliate marketing reality program. Over a three week period 12 internet marketers will be divided into three teams. Each team will be led by an established and successful affiliate marketing guru. Individuals will compete personally as well as part of their team to maintain their place on the show.
The teams will promote real affiliate products on the internet to real potential customers amid all of the normal competition that would naturally occur. Each contestant brings different strengths, weaknesses, and assets to the show, and they are allowed to tap anything at their disposal to become the Top Affiliate.
Each day the teams will learn what they have earned from their efforts in the Leader Board Report. People will be eliminated from the show beased on their team's overall performance, their perceived contributions to the team's efforts, and other less tangible social interactions.
The last contestant standing earns the title of Top Affiliate, wins 1/2 of all of the affiliate income, a 2 year lease on a new Jeep Patriot, a $5,000 championship ring and other great prizes.
The show takes place in Lincoln, NE from July 1st 2008 through July 14th 2008 and airs on the Top Affiliate Challenge website. All of the content associated with the show is free of charge. This includes all episodes, bonus interviews with the gurus, and behind the scenes activity. There is no DVD set or information product associated with Top Affiliate Challenge now or in the future.
